A seven year old and E100. Dale

A useful link for those who want to download the E100 Bible Passages to listen to on their mp3 players is:

The way Karen does it is to download the relevant chapters for the week, and make a playlist for each day. We use this with our kids after dinner every evening for them to participate too. They follow along in their own NIV bibles.

As a testimony to its effectiveness, and how much even the kids get from it, let me share this little story from our own family.
Last night's chapters were Judges 13:1-16:31 (The Story of Samson).  Karen and Michael were chatting at bedtime, and in conversation Karen asked Michael about the Bible reading.
"What did you learn from tonight's Bible Reading?" she asked.
Michael replied: "That you shouldn't tell other people important secrets." - A lesson I have never really picked up on from the story, but well worth listening to! It also shows that he really was able to follow the story at age 7.
