'...still other seed fell on good soil. It came up and yielded a crop, a hundred times more than was sown...'
Luke 8:8
A Week of Prayer and Fasting - finishes on Sunday. We have had words, reminders of words, answers to prayers, forgiveness, clarity, renewed relationship with God and each other... and even cold hard cash given for the Ragged Project during the last week. Massive thanks to God for the grace and generosity shown to us at this time.

Giving - is part of our worship. We want to continue to pay our staff, our bills and support our local community and our cross-cultural workers. We are now also paying rent on three buildings. The Bear Church bank details are 'Deptford Ragged Trust' HSBC Account no. 21361317 Sort Code 40-02-25. To support local people in food poverty through the Evelyn Social Supermarket please give to the general pot - it's less admin and therefore less costly. The Ragged Project
Tea Towels - our TDRT fairtrade, organic cotton tea towels will be available to buy at Ascension on Sundays. £8 each, £15 for two or £20 for three (cash or card). Stocking fillers?!
Worship - download or stream Dave's new songs and raise money for the Project: https://linktr.ee/davidwinter
We are 94% of the way to funding our new building. This is positive, but we're not yet where we need to be. Cashflow is still extremely tight! A large proportion of our funds have come from or through personal contacts - do you know someone who may want to invest? Or someone who may know someone...? If you need any facts and figures, a template letter or publicity resources, contact Bex or Richard. For the glory of God and the good of the poor.
