Easter at The Bear - on Maundy Thursday we'll eat together with the Ascension congregation at 7pm, followed by a liturgical service at 8pm. On Good Friday will be a service of witness at Whitefield's Mount on Blackheath from 10.30am. On Easter Sunday, we'll be outside in Giffin Square at 10.30am - sharing the good news of the resurrection with the people of Deptford.

The Ragged Project
We are 100% of the way to funding the second phase of our Project - thanks to friends and friends of friends being generous and choosing to bless Deptford with the money that they have. When the build is finished, we move on to the third phase, as we fit out the church and community space. Another £400,000 to be raised! For the glory of God and the good of the poor.
Tea Towels - our TDRT fairtrade, organic cotton tea towels will be available to buy at Ascension on Sundays. £8 each, £15 for two or £20 for three (cash or card).
