IN OUR COMMUNITY
GLOBAL MISSIONS
We support Sarah* who is based in the Middle East (*name changed). Sarah works for an NGO that runs projects serving children in refugee camps and pioneering foster care with the local government. Here is an update and some prayer requests:
We have received a request to assist at a women’s shelter, particularly as mothers arrive with their children and there is currently little or no provision for the children’s needs.
The local care home (orphanage) has requested help in preparing older children for independent living.
Please pray for wisdom as we explore how best to partner with other organisations and respond effectively to these needs.
Pray for peace and stability in the region. Tensions and rhetoric are running dangerously high due to conflict in neighboring countries which has an immediate impact on this nation.
If you would like to know more about the mission projects that we support, speak with Iain.
